The 2022 We Are Wylie “Welcome Back” Dinner was a fun-filled evening celebrating all things Wylie. Being together again after two years of cancellations because of COVID, was incredibly special. Attendees enjoyed wonderful food from The Shed and celebrated all the Wylie alumni who are now Wylie teachers, administrators and support staff.
We had a great time mingling before the dinner and had lots of laughs during our fun-filled program. We also took a moment during the dinner to honor Becky Rentz, the Foundation’s founder and only president. Becky will be stepping down in Spring 2023 from her role as president after 13 years. But don’t worry, she will still be on the board and working as hard as ever to promote excellence in the Wylie ISD.
