Foundation Thankful For Generous Donors

In this season of giving thanks, the Wylie Bulldogs Education Foundation is very thankful to all of the generous donors and volunteers for the success of our 4th annual “We Are Wylie” Dinner.

This year’s “Hometown Hootenanny” produced by Wylie graduates, Jason Holloway and Luke McMillan included :

  • An Alumni Band  of over 40 members plus their support staff
  • Professionally edited film clips announcing ‘Luke & Jason’s Hometown Hootenanny’
  • Talented vocalists Kristy Kelton and Kristen Abaquin Smith
  • A humorous skit about Wylie ISD
  • Photographs honoring: Judy Eoff, Louis Thornton, Ray Ann Gloyna, Roy Franklin, Nelda Sellars, Gary Hosch, & Jack Goodrich.

Special THANKS to:

  • Terry Diamond from KBCY, our excellent Master of Ceremonies
  • Casa Herrera who catered our delicious food
  • Wylie Administration for allowing us to host the dinner at the new Middle School.
  • Generous Gifts and Donations from Loyal Donors and Businesses
  • Amazing Auction Donations and Sales
  • Dinner Committee and Volunteers who worked to make the evening a success

The Wylie Bulldogs Education Foundation will work to identify even more ways to help strengthen the Wylie Schools.  We look forward to taking applications for teacher grants and students scholarships in 2014.

Thank you to all of the 2013 donors who generously gave to help grow our foundation. We wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving and a blessed Christmas Holiday Season.
